Small Works Roster
Starting March 2, 2009, Seattle Housing Authority will no longer maintain a formal Small Works Roster. Instead, the agency will use eCityGov.net's Shared Procurement Portal to maintain a roster.
Shared Procurement Portal
Public agencies in Washington State have partnered to create a regional website to consolidate procurement services and make it easy for government and businesses to work together.
Contractors interested in doing business with the agency are invited to sign up at no cost to the small works roster available through this Shared Procurement Portal, administered by eCityGov.net.
The roster includes both general construction and multiple specialty categories and is used for soliciting bids from contractors on construction projects estimated to cost less than $200,000 for non-federally funded projects and less than $100,000 for federally funded jobs.
Registration
You can register your company for the Small Works Roster online. All companies on the roster must meet the agency's minimum qualifications of licensing, bonding, and insurance and not be on any state or federal debarment lists.
Seattle Housing Authority will not take applications from contractors and will direct them to eCityGov.net for information about the Small Works Roster. Questions may be directed to Linda Johnson, Shared Procurement Portal Administrator for eCityGov Alliance, at 425-452-6918.
