High Point, NewHolly, Rainier Vista
Many rental housing units at High Point, NewHolly, and Rainier Vista are managed by Seattle Housing Authority. They come in a range of bedroom sizes and are located in newer, energy efficient apartments and single- and multi-family buildings.
Households in this program generally earn 30 percent of area median income or less to qualify, and typically pay 30 percent of monthly income for rent and utilities. Each community maintains its own waiting list.
Rental units are also available in these communities for households earning 80 percent of area median income or less, and for households able to pay to market rental rates. Some people in these communities own their own homes.
Please note that the eligibility requirements for High Point, NewHolly, and Rainier Vista differ from those of other programs. The application process is different, too.
