Pathways is an email newsletter produced by Seattle Housing Authority and distributed to tenant-based Housing Choice (Section 8) voucher households. Published quarterly, Pathways highlights resources and services the agency and others make available to voucher-holders and their families, and informs readers about program policies and guidelines.
