Enhanced voucher project-based exchange

SEATTLE — July 8, 2011 — The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is soliciting proposals for up to 170 Project-based Vouchers for the purpose of preserving affordable housing units lost through a HUD conversion action. Existing residents must be eligible to receive Enhanced Voucher assistance.

Eligible applicants include projects that are currently iinvolved in a HUD conversion action.  The Request for Proposals and the application forms can be downloaded through the attachement links below. Applications are due by July 14, 2011 at 12:00pm.
